United against waste. The aim: to combat food waste in the entire food-service market and to promote the careful and respectful use of food.
Measurements are carried out and documented at all sites. These record production waste, surplus production, plate returns and best-before date storage. The findings resulting from these measurements form the basis for a detailed schedule for each business and outlet. The aim is to identify and make use of potential, and thereby to optimise workflows and secure savings potential for the long term. This is also beneficial to the environment.
