The enterprise was founded by Heinz Stockheim in 1948 with 35 employees and was turned over to Karl-Heinz Stockheim in 1989.
The Stockheim Group now employs 1,200 people based nationwide. Held under the roof of a corporate holding each company has its own entity. Independent Profit-Centers led by local managers "on site" guarantee fast and efficient decisions.

Initiating as a regional force Stockheim has in the last decades evolved into a dynamic enterprise - as one of the leading providers in gastronomy in Germany. The 60-years of success only proves outstanding competence, high flexibility and unfailing sense for trends and developments in the market.

Taken from a wide ranged portfolio of house brands, franchise brands and customized concepts highly individual solutions are developed specifically for train stations, airports and exhibitions.

Indeed the Stockheim Group offers a complete spectrum of services: from planning to realizing concepts inclusive of development of product ranges, food production and interior architecture into operating, controlling and continuously adjusting concepts according to current requirements in gastronomy. Be it a restaurant, a bistro, a coffee shop, a fastfood outlet, take-away or convenience shop, all Stockheim outlets perpetually hold up to its excellent level of quality.

Furthermore Stockheim services events gastronomically. In the field of catering the Stockheim Group creates and develops extraordinary and individual highlights. This has led to its earning in years 2003 and 2004 the prize "Caterer of the year" for creativity and perfection. With its own exclusive sites and the numerous attractive partner sites any event has always the exact framework needed.
