The sushi concept SUSHI FACTORY meets the trends for "light, healthy food" and "Asian lifestyle" with convincing quality and freshness. The heart of this concept is the sushi cuisine with its soured rice made to a special traditional Japanese recipe.

According to their wishes, guests can order individual arrangements of vegetables, spices, fishes and seafood. In order to guarantee impressive quality and freshness Stockheim relies on a strategic cooperation with SUSHI FACTORY.
