Hamburg Fair is one of the most advanced exhibition venues in the world. Since 2006 the Stockheim’s subsidiary company Stockheim Catering Hamburg successfully operates the Hamburg Fair and Congress Center Hamburg.

The gastronomy spectrum begins with the free flow and service restaurants over into the snack bar and coffee bar concepts and ends with the mobile snack and to-go units.
Services offered at the Hamburg location include the catering of visitors, exhibitors and sponsors and their guests and customers.
